The restaurant offers a refined, cosy and welcoming atmosphere, with creative cooking and typical Abruzzi dishes using only prime quality ingredients with revised regional dishes seeking new tastes.
The Lo Scoiattolo Restaurant has 90 covers divided into two dining-rooms. For the more demanding clientele there is a well-supplied wine cellar, combining the flavours of local wines with white and red national wines.
