Information on processing of personal data

Information in accordance with art. 13 of Lgs. D. 196/2003 (Privacy Code hereinafter referred to as T.U.)

With respect to your personal data which will come into or possession by completing the form (Contacts) present on the site www.albergodegliamici.it, we inform you as follows:

1. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING.

The data processing is aimed exclusively to follow your request for information and the data will not be used for commercial, marketing, advertising or promotional ends.

2. PROCEDURES OF DATA PROCESSING.

a) Data processing is carried out by means of the operations or series of operations indicated in art. 4 section 1 lett. a) T.U.: collection, registration, organisation, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, obstruction, communication, cancellation and destruction of the data.
b) The operations may be carried out with or without the use of electronic instruments or nonetheless computerised.
c) The processing is carried out by the data controller and/or appointees nominated to do so.

3. CONFERMENT OF DATA.

The conferment of common personal data is compulsory, while possible sensitive data (by way of example but not limited to: state of health, religious beliefs and political opinions) will be immediately cancelled in absence of a written consent by the person concerned for its use.

4. REFUSAL TO CONFER THE DATA.

The possible refusal on behalf of the person concerned to confer his common personal data in the event of point n°3 makes it impossible to perform the booking activity as in point n°1.

5. COMMUNICATION OF THE DATA.

Personal data can be acknowledged by those responsible for the processing and can be communicated for pursuing the objectives indicated in point n°1 to independent collaborators, external third party individuals who we refer to for professional and technical services; to such third parties only the information necessary for the completion of the relative functions is provided, and will be used according to the instructions received, maintaining its confidentiality and safety while acting in respect of the applicable law.

An updated list of the Processors and subjects to whom we communicate the data, is available on request from the Data controller or from the Processor as detailed below.

6. CIRCULATION OF THE DATA.

Personal data is not subject to circulation.

7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED.

The art. 7 T.U. grants specific rights to the person concerned, to be exercised according to the procedures set out in art. 8 T.U., amongst which that of obtaining from the controller the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data and its availability in intelligible form; the subject has the right to be informed of the source of the data, of the purpose and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the data controller and subjects to whom data may be communicated; the subject also has the right to obtain updating, rectification and integration of the data, the erasure, anonymization or the blocking of any data that has been processed illegally; the subject has the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data even if relevant to the purpose of the collection, as well as objecting to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct selling, market research or commercial communications.
